We strive to provide our customers with the best products available. In the event you are dissatisfied with a product, please email us within 30 days of the shipment date for a RA (Return Authorization) number so that we can insure proper tracking of your return.
Once we receive your RA request, we will issue you an RA instructional email, which will explain how and where to ship the returned items to. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your transaction. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Any returns shipped to us without an authorized RA number on the package will be refused at the time of delivery. After 30 days from the shipment date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
